Cat Chomp Privacy Policy

Game progress and settings

Cat Chomp does not require an account, a name or an email address to play. Progress, level stars, sound settings and other game preferences are stored on your device. The game does not send these saved game values to a KMR Cat Games server. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes the local copy. Any device backup or restoration is controlled by your Android and Google account settings.

Advertising and third-party services

Cat Chomp uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share your IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information and app performance information. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. This does not require access to your device's precise location.

Google's User Messaging Platform manages applicable advertising privacy notices and choices. Where available, you can revisit these choices using Settings → Privacy choices. You can also manage or delete your advertising ID in Android's privacy settings. Available choices depend on your location and the applicable Google consent requirements.

Information you send us

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game, subject to your device's backup settings. Advertising and diagnostic information handled by Google is retained according to Google's policies and privacy controls. KMR Cat Games does not maintain an in-game account or a server-side player profile that can be deleted. You can contact info@kmrcatgames.com about information you sent directly to support, including deletion requests; any information that must be retained to comply with legal obligations may be excluded.

Security

Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of storage or transmission provides an absolute security guarantee.

Children

Cat Chomp is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact info@kmrcatgames.com so we can address the request.
